“ Wife and I tried a burger at El Adobe today. It was just excellent, and everything else was too! Can't wait to come back and do it again! ”
“ I was bit hesitant to try this place again. For sometime it had been closed and I wasn’t sure if this is the same place as the one who closed down. My coworker insisted to go anyway. When we got inside I surprised to see how different it was and how well the decor looked and felt. The reception was a bit cold, the girl who welcomed us had no smile nor warmth in welcoming. She may be having a bad day possibly. It looked like she was the only person working as a waitress. There was another girl who later appeared but that was all. I was trying really hard to get a smile or something other than a stern face from the waitress but I had to give up. She seemed concerned or upset or nervous. I ordered my food and ordered also spicy salsa. The first round of chips were cold and stale. The salsas were good but a bit bland. I was starting to loose hope with how the food was going to turn out. Things were not looking good. When my food arrived, and took the first bite of my food! What a surprise! The quesadilla was actually good! The fajita meat was tender and flavorful. The rice and beans were surprisingly good too! I ate every bit of it. I hope to come back and have a larger version of that quesadilla. Thanks for everything and I really hope the waitress feels better and our next visit she is in a better mood. I also visited the gift shop. There were some cool things! ”

“ The nachos was the best me and my sister-in-law ate! Our waitress wasn't very attentive we only saw her when she delivered the food and had to wait along time for our ticket. So our drinks were empty. But any other time we've been the service and everything has been awesome! ”
